1. Subject These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Swiss Graph, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us", and any person making a purchase on our website [https://swissgraph.com], hereinafter referred to as "the client".
2. Products We offer just-in-time garments, each piece being unique for each customer. The photos and descriptions of the products on our site are indicative and may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of our creations.
3. Orders Orders are accepted while stocks last. Due to the special nature of our products, orders are processed on a just-in-time basis and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
4. Payment Payments are secure and can be made by ShopPay, PayPal, GPay, VisaCard, MasterCard, AmexCard, UnionPay. The order will be processed once full payment has been received.
5. Delivery We undertake to dispatch products as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Delivery costs and times will be quoted when the order is placed. Due to the unique nature of each product, no returns will be accepted.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the canton of Vaud.
